Goat on the Loveboat

Where's Fozzie this week? This has been the weekly question on the lips of
every Cavalier this season....

From This : Happy in traditional club whites To This : Spreading the word. The word of love. Simply rubbing salt into the wound for the likes of Elbow, Jimmy Hat and Benny R.

Simon "Geo-at" Foster, who completed a record 21 appearances last season,
has quite simply vanished from the cricketing arena in 2005. Cavaliers
opening Batsmen, Ben Rankin, said "Well yeh, I havent played much this
season due to injury but I hear from my mate Firms, that he has been well
and truly nailed by cupids arrow." And we can now confirm all rounder Simon,
has been stepping out with fifth year Julia Iball for the past year.

Cavs Skipper Gareth said "Goat is normally first on my team sheet, I love
his win at all costs attitude, his niggly medium pace and third man tickle.
But every time I dog him, I get that annoying voicemail or some story about
another holiday to Lanzagrote or a Chateau in France. He's never around, its
been a shame really"

From This : All round good guy - great cricketer and keen umpire To This : Mr Lover Lover

The Cavs were given a treat when Simon belatedly graced the Cavaliers on
Sunday at Hatfield CC after a romantic night at the Oxo Tower and
Dorchester, Park Lane. In response to some baiting from the likes of Fraser
Tant, he replied.
"Your body has evolved over millions of years with one aim - to go forth and multiply, just ask Jimmy Hat. We all know you can have sex without falling in love but if you have enough sex with the same person there's a good chance you will hit the body's booby-trap which is there to tip you head over heels into love,"
said Harpendens resident Shabba Ranks -Snr Foster.
"So your body goes all out to make you bond with your partner and that makes love highly addictive and the withdrawal sucks."
Simon stated finally,
"Jay Wise made a statement last week on his wedding invite, 'Eat well, Love much, Laugh often' and I know where he is coming from. I decided by wearing my Love is the Drug, T-shirt, I'm showing some support. Dont get me wrong, Im not going to turn up with a rose between my teeth playing an acoustic guitar but Im love'd up, fact. Anyway, I opened my book on tour and the lads all know about it."
